COVID-19 Update from Zylux

To our valued clients:

We know all of you are impacted by the current situation. For some, this will be the toughest situation many of you will have faced. For others, an unexpected and unplanned upswing in demand for your goods and services will bring its own challenges. For now, it is business as usual for us. We have no reported confirmed cases of COVID-19 associated with our employees or their families. Our priority remains to be the health and safety of our employees, customers & suppliers. In line with this, our second priority is to remain open for business and to continue to provide livelihoods for our employees, customers and their families.

Some of the actions we have put in place to protect our customers and employees include;

  • Ensuring all our staff are equipped with sanitisers, gloves, and surface cleaning.
  • Third-party businesses (e.g. freight) visiting our premises must adhere to strict hygiene & procedures.
  • Regular cleaning of all common spaces within our service areas, offices and dedicated staff areas.
  • Cancelling of all non-essential travel.
  • All meetings are to be conducted via phone and internet.
  • Where possible, support staff to work remotely to ensure we can continue to assist our customers and staff throughout all facets of our business as seamlessly as possible.
  • Maintain the recommended social distancing requirements.
